Meet Davida. Davida was born on May 27, 2013. She has called The Raining Season home for nearly six years. Davida came to The Raining Season in April 2019, where she joined her four siblings.
Today, Davida is eleven years old. She is quiet but radiates joy and is caring. Her favorite colors are pink and blue, and she loves to play balance ball with her friends. Davida’s favorite food is chicken and rice. She is doing very well in school because school is very important to her. She is in Grade 4 and enjoys reading. Davida is currently taking her second-term exam. Last September, before the new school year began, she received a new bag, books, and shoes for school. The Raining Season’s Sponsorship Program helps to provide the tools needed to help the children succeed in school.
We are so grateful to see Davida thriving. She is growing into a beautiful young lady. Because of sponsorship support, Davida can look forward to a bright future. Because of The Raining Season, Davida has a safe place to call home. She is cared for and discipled every day. She attends school, has a comfortable bed to sleep in, and receives three meals a day. When she is sick, she receives medical care. Most importantly, Davida knows that she is loved.
